The Annual Public Meeting is open to members of the community. Please come along sending any questions in advance to the chair, Steve Fisher on chairman@seacourthall.org.uk.
Suggestions for trustees to join the Seacourt Hall (charity number 1201525) are now sought. Any Botley and North Hinksey parishioner aged over 18 may have their name put forward by two other parishioners. Names and a brief explanation for why they are considered suitable should be sent by 18:30 on Monday, 8 June to secretary@seacourthall.org.uk or to the Seacourt Hall letterbox at the library end of the building. Trustees will be appointed at the meeting by the current trustees.
